COACHING
Private Coaching
Together, we create a focused, strategic plan to build the business and the life you want. We then help you navigate that plan and the roadblocks that come up until you reach your goals.
Group Coaching
Our group programs offer you your own support team to vet ideas, develop concepts and help you stay accountable to yourself. Most groups will meet at least once a month, have a small coaching component, receive ongoing support and include an option to add on private coaching sessions at a reduced fee.
SPEAKING
Need a dynamic speaker for an upcoming event? We can cover topics such as growing your business, increasing productivity, improving your networking results, building your marketing plan, customer service and team building. Please contact us if you don’t see your topic.
FACILITATING
Need a workshop or retreat facilitator? We offer customized workshops and retreats for small groups. We also can incorporate follow up coaching if desired.
Our Story
We help business owners get past the overwhelm so they can grow their business and reclaim their dream of ownership. Our company’s motto is simple: “You’re the expert in your business. We’re the expert in helping you maximize two of your greatest assets – your business and your time.”
In the early 2000s, our founder, Debra Austin worked as a business consultant in a Fortune 200 company. During that time, she had the opportunity to help many small business owners with business planning, effective marketing, team building, compensation planning, sales training, etc. Over time she realized that while most of business owners wanted to implement the recommendations they received, they were so overwhelmed with daily business activities or “fire fighting” that they were unable to do so.
She began coaching them on how to strategically integrate the changes needed to grow their businesses while at the same time gain a better work-life balance. The businesses she worked with started to grow at 15-20% per year. The owners were spending less time at working and more time on other things that were important to them like their personal relationships, working out at the gym and attending their kiddos baseball games. The difference was amazing and her love for coaching small business owners was born.
In 2011, she founded Chaos2Results Business Coaching with a clear mission of helping business owners profitably grow their business and gain a better work-life balance. Today we continue to help owners build profitable businesses by thinking strategically, taking action and staying focused.
